SUMMARY:Aging Activisms Media Capsules: Workshop
DESCRIPTION:This is a four-day workshop in which participants will co-create a series of short videos that tell the stories of four generations of women who have done work related to social change and activism throughout their lives. Workshop participants will learn to interview\, record\, and photograph one another to produce “media capsules” that tell the personal “herstories” of each of the participants. \nThis workshop has been co-organized by the Ageing\, Communication\, and Technologies (ACT\, Concordia University) and the Trent Centre for Aging and Society (TCAS\, Trent University) and will be attended by community groups from Montreal and Peterborough.
