Funding for Project on Tablet Computing and Seniors
/in News /by Constance LafontaineACM’s Dr. Kim Sawchuk and co-researcher Annette Leibing have received a starter fund of $5, 000 for the new research project “Ageing in App Land: Tablet Computing and Older Adults.” The fund is awarded as part of the program “Vie scientifique” of the Centre de recherche et d’expertise en gérontologie sociale (CREGÉS).

It has been organized jointly by the Research Initiative “Age(ing): Cultural Concepts and Practical Realisations” at the Heinrich-Heine-University Düsseldorf and the Kunsthistorisches Institut in Florenz (Max-Planck-Institut).
