The theme of this year’s conference was speech in the city. They were part of a panel that addressed questions about elder abuse, which was part of a special event organized by CREGÉS, the Centre de recherche et d’expertise en gérontologie sociale.

She will discuss ageing and technologies, and some of the community and research project conducted by ACM. Research assistants affiliated with ACM, Kendra Besanger and Constance Carrier-Lafontaine, will also be on hand to discuss their experience working with ACM.

The different hardware features of a mobile phone are divided into different blocks, and whenever a block breaks or needs an upgrade it can be easily replaced. This helps avoiding massive waste of electronic devices as it makes the mobile phone last longer.

This bright initiative is yet to be undertaken, and needs the support of many people to make it happen. You can watch a short video here for more information, and if you are interested you can give your support.
